When my mom comes to town, it’s really no different that any other guest who pays a visit.  Actually, if anything, it may be even more pressure-filled.  If you’re like me you want to make sure your houseguests are comfy, have all the essentials, leave happy, and want to come back again (just maybe not too soon).  My mother lives in New Mexico and stayed with me this weekend so I made sure to put everything in its place, lay out a few issues of Elle Décor, and take a much-needed breather before she arrived so I was energized and prepared to run around.  I know someone out there feels me on this, right?  Are you the type to have everything just-so when friends come to stay or do you tend to just go with the flow?
